Pictures/videos of the flaw or defect will be necessary to complete your claim. We will double check the problem and try best to figure it out. We provide refund/exchange/replacement if has any quality problem. Shipping warrantied products back is simple with a prepaid shipping label, or you should buy the shipping label by yourself.
